END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
FUSION MENU FOR IP.BOARD
PLAIN ENGLISH VERSION

This version of the license agreement spells out the dos and don'ts in plain english, for those without a law degree.  You should refer to the legalese version if you have some spare time and would like to be absolutely certain what you're getting into.

What you can do with Fusion Menu:

• Install and use it on all websites which are owned by either you, or the company you bought it for. You can also use it on sites which you run for other people, provided that only you have access to the files.
• Modify the copy of it which you have, for your own use.
• Give it to someone else, so long as you stop using it.  You need to contact us to transfer over the license and support though.

What you can't do with Fusion Menu:

• Install it on websites you don't own.
• Give it away to others who have not also purchased a license.
• Sell modified or unmodified copies of it, unless you have enough licenses yourself to cover your sales.

The other stuff:

• For some versions, we include other components which we have paid for the right to include in Fusion Menu. You can't use these except as part of Fusion Menu unless you have a license separate from ours. This mainly applies to the Secondary Navigation component in Fusion Menu 2.
• For some versions, we use encoding.  For some we also use other means of copy protection.  You aren't allowed to attempt to break these things.  We don't encode retail copies (the ones you buy off us) though.
• Purchasing Fusion Menu for one platform doesn't mean you get to use it on all platforms. Unless you pay for a cross-platform license, then you can only use it on the platform you bought it for (IP.Board, xenForo, etc). Obviously, purchasing a cross-platform license means you can.
• Sometimes you give us information when you ask for support.  We only use this to give you support.  We might use anonymous bits of it (like OS versions, e.g. "Centos 3") to help us develop and support the products we make though.
• You can only print one copy of the manual.
• If it breaks, we'll try to fix it.  If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.  We won't give you any more than you gave us though.
• We're in New Zealand.  We're covered by New Zealand law.
• If you buy, download, and install it, then you've agreed to this license.
